- go to: Wikipedia articleJenny Lind was a popular print - it was an early 1900's replicas of original ware that was produced in the mid 1800's by the Meigh family of potters at the Old Hall Works in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent. After the closure of the Old Hall Works in 1902 A J Wilkinson (at the Royal Staffordshire Pottery) bought the Jenny Lind printing plates and continued production of this pattern.

Iris was a popular pattern and seems to have always been produced with the "Royal Staffordshire Pottery"
it was available as a full dinner service in mono-chrome with gilt accents and also with hand painted colour
